Thank you for checking out my page! This year, I made a resolution to finally learn Spanish! I have been telling myself I would for years now. I decided that I would spend the next few months, the equivalent length of a college semester, studying Spanish on my own, so that I can work through the beginner level and later take an actual class when I get to an intermediate level. Goal

6 measurable goals:

1. Dunk a basketball (currently: I can touch the rim)

2. Bench press my weight, whatever it may be at the end. (current weight: 210. current max bench press: a bunch less)

3. Get waist size to 34 (currently: a few sizes bigger)

4. Do 10 pull ups (currently: can do 4)

5. Press palms to the ground with legs straight. (currently: I can wave to the ground)

6. Do 50 push ups...

Goal

Each week I'll make a healthy version of the soup or stew. If I get a donation I'll share the recipe.
