With this pledge, I would like us to spend one more afternoon together. Friendship is a valuable thing that takes time and effort to support. BARB

I'm so glad to be able to support your campaign that helps those in a city close to my heart, San Francisco. God bless you Betty and God bless the recipients of your campaign. May they feel Christ's love in a tangible way.

Goal

For each donation that you make in the next 60 days I will pledge to spend 1 hour doing one of the following:

1) Reading: Having a Mary Spirit in A Martha World by Joanna Weaver

2) Studying: Using the study guide.

3) Praying: Asking for help for those in need.

4) Writing: Journaling the journey.

Mary or Martha?

"In Luke 10:38-39, the sisters Martha and Mary represent the two sides of spiritual life. The active life of service and the more passive contemplative life of one who sits at the teachers feet and receives.

I chose this goal because

For the past year I have made an effort to understand my spiritual life. As a true Libra I am asking you to help me balance these two aspects of of my journey and not neglect one for the other.

So if you want to join Team Canada ,even if you are not a Canuck, check out the additions to my web page and lets help At The Crossroads San Francisco help others. Yeah Team!

I'm helping because

I have always believed that our children and youth are the future of this world. Anything, however small or large than I can do to support At the Crossroads will help to continue their great work. I am always proud to tell acquaintances what my daughter does for a living. So I am asking all you Canucks and honorary Canucks to help me reach my goal.

About At The Crossroads

ATC walks the streets of San Francisco, reaching out to homeless youth and young adults on their turf. We work with young people who others have given up on, who would not get help without us. Since we started 13 years ago, we have worked with more than 5,000 youth, helping them build outstanding lives.
