This is the amount that it will cost to make sure that all of ATC's clients get a personalized gift for the holidays, and get a nice meal at our holiday parties!
Each personalized gift costs $20, general gifts cost $10, and every meal costs $8.
Give whatever you can; don't worry about the amount!

I chose this goal because
Every year, ATC throws holiday parties for our clients, homeless youth and young adults in San Francisco. For many of our clients, these will be the only holiday parties they are invited to and the only gifts they will get, so we want to make them awesome! When you are homeless and disconnected from your family, the holidays can be a very, very difficult time.
We expect 150-200 of our clients and their children to join us at our parties on December 18th and 20th. At these parties, they get a bunch of gifts (hats, gloves, movie tickets), including one special, personalized gift. This is often a gift card to their favorite store. They also get a hearty meal and delicious baked goodies. Most importantly, they get to spend time with people who care about them, the ATC staff. Our clients deeply appreciate these parties! The parties can be mellow, crazy, joyous, or usually some combination of the three.
Another 100 clients don't make it to the parties, but we make sure to give them a gift too.
Your gift will help ensure that our clients get to celebrate the holiday season; everyone deserves this!

Our clients are awesome. They are some of the most creative, resilient, strong, appreciative people you will ever meet. They deserve all of the support they can get in their efforts to move beyond the streets and build outstanding lives. It is our privilege to be part of their lives.
About At The Crossroads
ATC walks the streets of San Francisco, reaching out to homeless youth and young adults on their turf. We work with young people who others have given up on, who would not get help without us. Since we started 14 years ago, we have worked with more than 5,500 youth, helping them build outstanding lives.
